Some packages and high-value products have extra insurance and will be activated with our 3rd party company when needed. The customer needs to contact the carrier immediately, open a claim if necessary with them and contact Kingdom DTF in the first 24 hours. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and all items need to be in the original package.
